As per the earlier mail though I have sent you all the required documents, I have not received my refund yet
against the PNR-VE38FK. So confirm the status of the same. And inform me regarding why you have to take so much time for releasing my refund????
Below is the message from Spicejet for refund of UDF for journey already done :
"Please be informed that excess UDF of amount 552 INR and 477 INR has been refunded towards same Agency account dated 4th August'2017. We would request you to contact Agency ( GoIbibo ) for credit status."
However, only Rs.552 have been credited so far to my credit card account. What will the pending Rs. 477 refund be creditted?
