Refund issue

I have booked ticket for Bus on 25th April & 26th April and my money debited twice for the same ticket. i have informed to the concerned customer care regarding this many times and customer care even giving fraudulent information regarding refunding money.. as of now i have spoken to 5 customer care executives but haven't received any positive results out of that.. if this is money laundering business, please let us know..
