I wanted to connect to CC executive to report my problem as airlines cancelled my flight and issued the refund, which goes back to goibibo to process to my account. When I called CC numbers, there is no option to go to this scenario and all other options direct me to access website. If this is the case then why there is CC number given, if we have to go to website only. It is waste of time and money when we select so many options to hear finally that go to website.
