Customer Care Number is useless for past 3 days

I have been trying to contact customer care for mistakes on my existing booking, bt, I keep getting a recorded soundbyte that "Due to unexpected High Call Volume we are unable to take this call". This has been happening for the last three days.


I need the Travel Date mistake on the e-ticket rectified, I will not be held liable for mistakes made by your website.


I need to know who to contact for this and what is the telephone number. Do I have to speak to Bhasin directly??


Please dont give me your customer care numbers, they are useles. I sent email and have an SR number but, no response from GoIbibo.


Why is the service level so BAD, recently??
