I would like to escalated by bus for SMT travels(PNR:93JQJ5GG) Bus NO# TN 50 K 8269 .
Yesterday I booked SMT travels at 11.10PM, but bus came from salem Kalainyar maligai at 1.00AM , no Issues for delay .
But the bus have some engine problem, driver as known very well our bus had some problem we cant drive that till chennai , bus starts at salem 1.30am, driver simply told that some engine problem at same time we will not arranged other buses , my bus owner says simply .(what is this answer?)
There are around 25 passengers sitting, why those travels doing like this ? & chennai reached around 9.30 . my office timing at 9,
same thing tickets 650 they collected by NON-AC. please refund that amount, could you please check your database regarding for yesterday passengers, call and ask them how was traveled yesterday for SMT travels !!.
I said really worst travels, comparing town bus 100% good . could you please refund that amount . or else i have sent high level escalated,. .
I am waiting for you reply !! Please take immediate action .
