This is regarding Booking
My booking shows as payment done but I haven't received my e-ticket and the amount is been deducted.
(Rs.2582 has been debited from your Kotak Debit Account xx4780 for Goibibo Flight Booking via Kotak Mobile Banking on 29-JUN-2018. Ref No. 0006031114 )
It's been more than 5 days now and still not received
I tried to call on your customer care number from Abroad : +91-9213025552 where it is telling me the number doesn't exists. :(
Could you please take an immediate action on my issue ?
