Booking was confirmed but was not allowed in hotel

I booked hotel from Goibibo and when we went hotel,the hotel staff was not allowing us to enter into the hotel and saying there is no confirmation hotel received from goibibo end. After 1 hours of waiting we went for other hotel. This is really bad service from goibibo and want refund from goibibo. How are you dealing and handling the service? (ticket no and booking id screenshot is attached)
