Cancellation of my pacKage

I was cancelles my paclage one week before. I got tickect no and mail from costomercare.. Now message comes t that my flight is on ..not yet cancelled my package. I dont know why? I was trying 3hour to try connect your cosotmer care..bilut nobody pick up. What ll be my step
