Payment was successful but ticket was not booked

Hi, I've done transaction on 23rd March through UPi in tez in which my transaction was successful but the ticket was not booked. Kindly let me know whether I'll the refund or not. Find the attached screenshot of the transaction. Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible

I have booked a bus ticketof 14th may on 11th may 2018 through upi method via tez and the payment is done but no confirmation or ticket. I want to cancel the booking. Please help.
