Concern regarding a hotel room booking

We had booked five hotels through Goibibo from February 22nd to 28th in Kumbakonam.Thanjavoor..Chithambaram.. Rameswaram. In Chithambaram the hotel name on goibibo said Y h hospitality services. The contact number given was not working. A person called Karthik messaged regarding confirmation of booking and he told it's MMS lodge.When we reached there only an old man was there and he showed us a room which was horrible.no light no ventillation, and toilet was so untidy and stinking.The he showed another room which was even worse.We were there for half an hour and our cousin booked another room Grand Park and we left.During the half an hour we took photos of the room and posted it in the review.We called Karthik and told we are not staying there and he promised to refund the money to Goibibo.We have not got the refund yet.We are really upset about the services of Goibibo.How can they ever publish a hotel so substandard for an amount 1400. Its like a 200 rd lodge.We paid almost same amount for the other rooms which were are all really good. Kindly refund 1400 Rs. Booking ID HTLALPZDFZ
