WORST EXPERIENCE WITH GOIBIBO #NEEDMYREFUND

I had a booking from 18th Dec to 22 Dec 17. Due to medical emergency I had to cancel the bookings on 10th Dec 17. It is 16 Jan 18 today and till date I have not received my REFUND amount. I have been chasing the team through calls, mails and raising service request but there is no LUCK. THIS IS  TOTALLY UNEXPECTED SHOW FROM SUCH a BIG COMPANY "GOIBIBO". I am in need of money but these guys are delaying things for no reason... I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND others to use GOIBIBO !! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED.
