While booking train tickets on 18.10.2017(delhi to dbg) one transaction failed ( of Rs 1420/-). I have got two tickets booked of same amount on same date ,which i later cancelled due to personal reasons. But one third 1420 amount got debited on 18.10.2017 from my sbi credit card and for that no ticket was booked. Please do provide me details and please refund it back to my card.
I have contacted my bank and raised a complaint and they have replied that they are getting no response from you.
Please do the needful on urgent basis.
