Need refund for failed transaction

Hi, While I was booking a hotel, my 1st booking failed in goibibo app, so I did 2nd booking. After sometime, money got debited from my bank account for both the bookings. I need refund for 1 failed booking. Thank you, Ketki

I tried to book a cab but not succeeded.money was deducted from my account. How can I get my money back. Thanks

I have booked train tickets on 7.8.18 with transaction ID:TRNDF2PK8BHYBJ . Booking failed and amount has been debited from my account. Please refund my amount to my SBI account no10306231063. Branch: 6318 IFS CODE:SBIN0006318. Please do the needful. Thank you.
