Refund not received

Goibibo Team,

I booked a ticket from your portal but the date selected was wrong, when I reached airport I realized the mistake I made and I had to cancel the ticket over the SpiceJet counter. The executive on the counter confirmed the cancellation and assured that the refund money will be credited to my account in 2-3 weeks of time. 

The travel date was 30th August and PNR number was - N9B1VZ

I haven't received the refund till date and to my surprise when I logged in today into my Goibibo account it shows that I travelled on that flight. This is insane and fraud. I tried calling your customer care numbers times but couldn't reach to any executive. All I ended up doing is to hear that music for almost 8-9 minutes... 

Please call me at the earliest before I escalate the matter to legal authorities. Never expected such fraud from Goibibo/ Spice Jet.
