Hotel bookong

At check in hotel receptionist told that your booing is not confirmed by FAB we don't know who is the GOIBIBO.....GOIBIBO and hotel administration both insult me and denied to check-in wherein my booking was confirmed by GOIBIBO.....and GOIBIBO care executive also couldn't help in this regard.... And finally I had to go another property for fresh booking......Who is the responsible for this kind if worst service
