regarding spicejet booking details

 hi i have booked my ticket for sept 14 to 17 ,2017  from pune to bnagalore and bangalore to pune .i also recieved the pnr status of the flight and flight deatils in my tetext but have not recieved the tickets from ibibo on my mail neither i could see the trip in the app.and the amount from my card was also deducted i want to reschedule my flight but i am unable to do please help me asap. i am also trying to contact the customer support of ibibo but no one is responding ... below i am attaching the details.

That should not be the case, we'll surely look into the concern. However, would request you to kindly write us on management@goibibo.com with the Goibibo account details used at the time of booking.
