Payment failed

I want to take refund of payment as it was failed.My booking Id was HTLK3P93DN dated 13th June.Payment has been deducted with account

As checked the refund for the same was requested by you and the same has already been processed.

booking id HTL73MJ2JD, payment failed first time, money was deducted from the bank account, then paid again and was successful.
How long does it take for the amount 7354/- to reflect in the bank account.

 

Kindly note that any accidental debit would be auto refunded in 7-10 business as per the bank processing cycle. Since the booking is confirmed and only one-time payment has been received to us. Thanks

sir please my refund actually i ushed your payment gatway for filling the form but my form is unsucess full but payment is duducted into my account so please my refund.
