Hopeless User Interface and process

It is utterly frustrating to see the recent change in the process of rescheduling my tickets. Why do you need to send an OTP??? 

Also there is no number registered for me in the site. I stay in Germany. When i tried to enter my germany number it didnt accept. Is your company still local??

Is it not for international customers?? Cant we book international tickets??

Please work on these. Again its very annoying.
