I was to get go cash refund of 577 and refund to bank as rs. 3145. This was confirmed on mail by goibibo team. The height of blunder, I get rs 577 as refund in my bank account instead of rs 3145. On reporting the issue to goibibo team, no response or clarification provided by goibibo even after 24 hrs.
Is goibibo management team / sr. officials not bothered about customers ?
