I booked the hotel Ashir Inn on 15th Feb but hotel didn't allocate room to me and nor refunded my money. I arrived hotel at 11:30 am prior check-in time.
Still no refund from hotel and no cooperation from GOIBIBO.
My entire company is registered with following email ID and used to make all bookings with GOIBIBO:
we are very disappointed with your services and switching to Make my trip for all our future transactions.
If you cannot take care of your customer, somebody else will.
